In order to create a reservation request, you must first become a FREE member of our platform. After completing your membership, you can make a direct reservation request for the area you want by sharing your contact and project information. Your request is sent directly to the property owner without any commitment, and the decision to approve or not is entirely at the discretion of the property owner.
Yes. You can save the listings you are interested in by using the “Add to Favorites” button on the visual of each area on the “Ads” page. You can then access this list at any time by logging into your account and using the “My Favorite Listings” section on your control panel.
Setting up a pop-up store involves many steps, including choosing the right space, evaluating lease terms, and confirming availability. We work with you throughout the process, supporting you so you can focus on your core business.
Tenants make their payments securely via bank transfer or credit card directly to Popup4me. Once you have completed your membership process, a team of experts will be involved to support you in finding the retail space that best suits your needs.
1.) Login or Sign Up: Create a free membership to use all the features of the platform.
2.) Search for an Area: Select a location using the search bar at the top of the homepage or the “Lists” section in the menu. Filter your search to fit your needs.
3.) Send a Request: Select the area you are interested in, specify the check-in and check-out dates and create your reservation request. This process is non-binding and does not include any commitment. You can send as many requests as you want.
The requests you send are forwarded to the property owners to show your interest and plan. Whether your reservation request is approved or not depends entirely on the property owner's evaluation and initiative.
You can track all your requests from your control panel after logging into your account.
Once your request is approved by the property owner, you will be notified via email. The reservation is only finalized once both parties (you and the property owner) have signed the rental agreement and completed payment.

If you are happy with your space, it is possible to extend your contract - but we recommend that you contact us as early as possible before any other tenants have requested a booking and the space has been allocated to someone else. Also note that some property owners may have a minimum or maximum rental period. We therefore recommend that you carefully review the listing details and contact us if you have any questions.
We are not authorized to advise on insurance matters and therefore cannot make any comments on this matter. Insurance requirements and coverage are the sole responsibility of the user.
The rental price in the advertisements usually includes service charges, insurance and basic bills (electricity, water, internet, etc.).

No, it doesn't. You have all rights over the space and can continue to use your current rental channels. However, if you are looking for a long-term tenant, we recommend that you add an exit clause to your lease and obtain an eviction notice from the notary.
If you or the tenant would like to extend the reservation, please let us know at least 3 working days in advance. We will quickly make the necessary arrangements.
